Bipolar In Children

It is known that even children can be victims of Bipolar disorder, but many people are wondering how children acquire the disorder early in their childhood. Usually, Bipolar in children is acquired from the family members that also suffer from the same disorder. If this is the case, it is highly probable that Bipolar in children will be passed on to the young ones in the family. What most people do not know is that bipolar in children is more often than ADHD or attention-deficit disorders with hyperactivity and many times accompanied by it.

Guessing or speculating to the point where parents refuse to see the truth and deal with it are not the wisest method to handle the condition, especially when it comes to bipolar in children, since children are totally depend on their parents.

One example of the many reasons is when the child suffer a major trauma such as separation of his parents, death in the family or mental or sexual abuse. As a result, the kid might develop anxiety which then lead to Bipolar in children, trigered by that taruma. The other symptoms of bipolar in children are extreme emotions (usually negative), irritability, mood swings, distractibility, and hyperactivity.

When kids experience any kind of depression for whatever reason, the child is most likely to acquire the bipolar in children disorder. Normally kids suffering from any kind of depression is always sad or down and has a low self-steem. These are the most common starters of the a bipolar in children disorder.
